Working in partnership with Staf (Scottish Throughcare and Aftercare Forum), we helped create WeLearn — a digital learning hub for professionals supporting care-experienced young people across Scotland.

Staf wanted to provide members with flexible, accessible learning that reflects the lived experiences of young people, while supporting the workforce to build skills in areas such as trauma-informed practice, rights and participation, and anti-discriminatory practice.

We worked closely with Staf to design a platform and library of interactive modules, each developed with sensitivity and realism. The learning combines video stories, case studies, reflection exercises, and real-life scenarios — giving practitioners space to think, learn and grow.

Since launch, WeLearn has become a valued resource across Scotland’s care sector — helping professionals share best practice, strengthen relationships, and improve outcomes for care-experienced young people.
