Working with a major NHS Trust, we supported the development of an online Ultrasound Academy to transform how sonographers and clinicians access specialist training.

Previously reliant on face-to-face lectures and practical sessions, the Trust wanted to expand access, reduce scheduling pressures, and make training available anytime, anywhere. We collaborated with their clinical and education teams to design a digital academy combining interactive eLearning, recorded lectures, and video demonstrations.

Each module was structured to blend theory with visual examples, ensuring consistent standards and supporting self-paced learning. The new platform gives healthcare professionals greater flexibility, while ensuring quality and continuity of training across departments and regions.
