AFRY, a global engineering and energy consultancy, needed to transform its classroom-based training on BID3 — a complex power-market modelling software — into a scalable digital format.

We collaborated with AFRY’s subject matter experts to design a modular eLearning solution that explains both the technical operation and real-world context of BID3. The training combines process flowcharts, screen simulations, narrated demonstrations, and guided “try-it” exercises within a sandbox environment.

This blended approach allows learners to see how BID3 behaves in practice, apply learning safely, and build confidence through structured tasks and knowledge checks.

The result is a globally deployable, multimedia learning experience that improves accuracy, reduces training time, and supports consistent use of the tool across AFRY’s international teams.
